Learn more about Sonya and their class:
Sonya, a proud Denver native. With a deep-seated belief in the transformative power of rest, Sonya weaves her spiritual insights into her yoga instruction, creating a unique and deeply relaxing experience for all her students.
In Sonya's Slow Flow classes, you’ll be guided through gentle, intentional movements designed to help you relax and reconnect with your body. Her sessions emphasize the importance of rest, encouraging students to listen to their bodies and honor their need for stillness and recuperation.
Drawing from her witchcraft practices, Sonya incorporates elements of mindfulness, energy work, and nature's wisdom into her teachings. Each class becomes a sacred space where you can unwind, release stress, and find harmony within.
Join Sonya on the mat to discover a practice that not only soothes the body but also nourishes the soul. Embrace the power of rest and the magic of movement as you embark on a journey towards holistic well-being.
Learn more about AngiLena and their class:
Hey! My name is AngiLena. I am a Pisces, and my favorite color is green! I enjoy  exploring the outdoors, live music, and napping.
I took my first yoga class when I was 22. I left each class feeling buoyant and fell in love—with the community and with what my body could do. I found my own self-healing through my practice. Yoga has brought me on a journey of not only seeing but also celebrating the beauty in everybody/ every body. It has taught me to cherish the vessel I was given and that yoga can be practiced both on and off the mat.
My mission is to help students nurture their body, mind, and spirit by compassionately guiding them through a yoga practice that is creative, skillful, and accessible. It is important to me to promote an inclusive, brave, and loving community while respecting the history of yoga and all it encompasses.

When taking my class, you can expect a creative vinyasa sequence. I will encourage students to focus on their breath while settling into a pose and to notice the different sensations each pose has to offer. We will speed it up to one breath per movement to warm up the muscles and release any stagnant energy in the body. I will encourage organic and natural movement that is unique to you! This is YOUR practice, and I want students to ultimately do what’s best for them. In my class, we will do some sort of breathing exercise to help regulate the nervous system, which is one of the things I am passionate about. Let’s flow together!
